Gina Jeneroux is the Chief Learning Officer at BMO Financial Group where she is responsible for leading the company’s enterprise learning strategy, design, operations, and governance. Additionally, she manages the company’s corporate university, the Institute for Learning in Toronto, as well as various learning sites throughout Montreal and Chicago. She is passionate about storytelling and how it can be used to make learning exciting.
