When you uplevel, you’re thrown into what’s called “Liminal Space.” You’re not the ‘same ol’ you,’ but you’re not quite settled into the ‘new you.’ You’re somewhere in the middle, and learning to step into the new you.
“Darkness, confusion, and uncertainty is the starting point for major growth and transformation. It’s the necessary ingredient for change.”
